May I just say ARRRRRRRGH! The pics looked alright on the camera but not once I got them on the computer. Grainy, blurry, bad lighting, bad settings, you name it and I did it wrong!

But I have to post some anyhow because I am soooo proud of my boy. He did his big business on the potty this morning and he was promised the oh-so-rare ice cream treat as soon as he decided to do it. It was a small chunk of one of Daddy's heath Klondike bars. So, what would Rowan do-ooo-ooo, for a Klondike bar? POOP! That's what!

Bobble Head

So my hubby did something that I've been somewhat dreading for a while. He bought one of those kid-sized 4-wheelers for the boys. Not the smallest one but the next size up. He got a really good deal as they usually go for twice as much in the same condition and he's going to governit so it won't go over 15 mph but still...we're talking about my babies riding that thing! Fortunately, Adam won't be quite big enough until next year. Whew!

Of course we had to get something else to accompany it.



Was he pleased?



You could say that. He wore it the entire day.

He wore it while watching the telephone company hook up a new box.




He wore it when Aunt Tessie came to babysit. At which time he scolded her that she did not sufficiently look at "every part".



He wore it so long that he even complained of his neck and head hurting.



Crazy nut.

Root Beer Float

Instead of bringing us a meal a couple of weeks ago, my dear, sweet Aunt patty brought us a treat. Root Beer Floats. Yum! She even remembered the boys little dairy issue and bought lactose free ice cream. This was a first for them. They don't even get soda except at their birthdays and the NEVER get ice cream. Well, they were delighted to say the least.

(NOTE: I didn't even try much to salvage the coloring and condition of these photos. They weren't great to begin with and taking care of three kids leaves time for little else. Well, when one of them is nursing anyway.)

And don't you all think I should be getting a prize since I was the one griping about how ginormous she was for like three months?! Oh wait, I did get a prize, I got the cutie daughter who happens to be a pretty happy baby so far. *smile*
